O’Caseys Pharmacy have asked us to let patients know that they are closing PERMANENTLY on 23/6/23.

They are contactable until then on 019089308 or via email ocaseys@cdmg.ie to arrange to have your prescription transferred.

They would like you to know Fitzmaurice Pharmacy (018741266) will have remote access to their computer system after 23/6/23.

For patients of Calderwood Family Clinic, Sion Hill Pharmacy are happy to help with any patients who need help with their prescriptions or wish to transfer to them. They are available on 01 015598007.
